Yin Yoga is a simple and profound system that uses breath and long held floor postures to improve flexibility and stimulate the deep connective tissues of our bodies. This powerful yoga will particularly improve movement in the thighs, pelvis and spine. The postures work with the energy meridians of the body to also improve the health of internal organs and the endocrine system. Accessible to new students and the most experienced, Yin Yoga is an excellent complement to the muscular and dynamic forms of Yoga prevalent today. Yin Yoga is especially helpful for competitive athletes, martial artists, dancers, those recovering from injuries, and individuals that wish to deepen their meditation practice.
Class times are Tuesdays 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. and Fridays 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. Michael can be contacted at: farleyihf@hotmail.com (360-352-1191)

Flow yoga is an opportunity to find more self awareness through movement and breath no matter what your holistic goals are. This is an all levels class that incorporates a sense of flow with various postures and movements. My classes focus on opening your heart to the present moment as you connect with your breath and spirit. Flow yoga increases strength and flexibility in the body and mind and invites you to be in the flow of the present moment. This class is enriched with meditation, pranayama, brain-based movement patterns, deep asana stretches, sun salutations, inversions and ends with a relaxing Savasana. Reunite your whole body-mind with your own unique flow! I incorporate sound acutonics and aromatherapy into the classes for a more holistic experience. Namaste.
Flow Yoga is offered on Tuesdays from 5:45-7 p.m. For more information regarding her classes please contact Kristen at (360) 534-4716 or visit www.sacredtransitions.org
Latiaf Training
NEW GROUP FORMING FOR THE FALL OF 2010

“Navigating the Subtle Organs of Our Soul”
The Latiaf Training provides the basic elements needed to support and grow an authentic life. Through awakening and cultivating our ability to tolerate and navigate this perceivable and palpable terrain of essence, the subtle body of our soul, we gain the confidence to reclaim and actualize our true nature.
This training will provide the tools and skills necessary to ground, differentiate, discern, and facilitate ways of reconnecting and re-sourcing our own inner guidance. Through inquiry, as well as additional practices and exercises we will learn to recognize the subtle and not so subtle ways in which we fall in and out of alignment with Source energy. This energy, which is soul, is comprised of various emanations and essences; Latifas, each corresponding to specific attributes, aspects, and capacities inherent in our true nature. These colors are not a passive impression, but are the intrinsic language of the soul to itself. And it is here that we become unfolded, transmuted, and self-realized in the pure presence of this truth. As a process of self-exploration and liberation, the Latiaf Training is available to all who are sincere and ready to claim, cherish, and live an essential life.
These daylong workshops will meet in Olympia once a month for ten consecutive months. The first will be an Orientation and each class thereafter will focus specifically on one of each of the nine Latifas, with a followed-up two and a half hour meeting, your choice of either Monday evening or Wednesday afternoon. Class time will include discussion, and experiential exploration.

Are you tired of trying to take care of yourself and done with giving your power away to others?
Have you noticed that every time you try to pull yourself up by your bootstraps you ultimately end up falling on your bum?
Getting healing treatments is great. Self-help techniques are great. Personal growth is great. But these are surface responses. If you want to get to the root of what it means to be happy, healthy, free and fulfilled in life you really have no choice but to learn something else instead:
HOW TO LET THE UNIVERSE TAKE CARE OF YOU
Call it God. Call it Tao. Call it Source. Just call it.
THIS IS THE KEY THAT ALLOWS STRETCHING TO BECOME REAL YOGA, TURNS MOVEMENT INTO DANCE, AND ALLOWS YOUR LIFE TO BECOME A GIFT TO YOURSELF AND TO OTHERS AROUND YOU.
This is an EXPERIENTIAL class filled with practical exercises for cultivating true wellbeing in relationship to everything from knee pain to emotional crisis, from fatigue to financial difficulty.
These classes are an EXPERIENTIAL introduction to an applied practice of letting go and letting God. The classes are filled with practical guidance and exercises that will help you to let go of many of the ways through which we commonly lose heart in life, and will help you instead to say YES to the life of real happiness and true wellbeing that is your birthright.
Let go of:
- struggle
- suffering
- overwhelm
- self-blame
- resentment
- depression
- stress
- anxiety
- worry
- fatigue
- trying too hard
- manifesting what you think you want
And say YES to:
- the actual felt experience of living true to your soul's purpose
- the flowering and fruitful expression of real wellness in your everyday life
- your unique expression of a divinely-inspired life of purpose and passion
- opening to receive more from God than you could ever give yourself
Suggested Donation: $10, offered Thursdays at 5:30
I pray that you are given everything you need to go to the root of your healing, so that your life can flower into the fullness of real happiness and true wellbeing that is your birthright.
