Meg O’Leary

Meg, has been practicing yoga since 1997 and teaching since January 2006. She is a graduate of the Radiant Health Yoga™ teacher training and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Meg teaches with sincerity, appreciation and calm, welcoming people of all ages and experience levels to share in the physiological and spiritual benefits of the practice. The many layers of yoga are an ongoing source of strength and inspiration for her.

Hatha Yoga on Wednesdays 7:00-8:20 pm- We welcome people of all ages and experience levels. The class is built around breathing exercises, sun salutations, balancing poses and inversions. /p>
