Kristen Rubis, BA, RYT, CD, LMP

Kristen has been studying and practicing the healing arts through Reiki, yoga, vibrational medicine, chakra healing and labor support over the last 14 years. Her yoga path began in 1994 and she is a certified teacher through Radiant Health Yoga as well as registered with The Yoga Alliance. She enjoys incorporating brain-based movement patterns with an eclectic blend of styles through her compassionate teaching style. Kristen includes sound acutonics and aromatherapy into her classes. She believes yoga is a great tool for any transition through all the stages of life.
Flow Yoga on Tuesdays 6:00-7:20 pm- This is an all levels class that incorporates a sense of flow with various postures and movements. It focuses on opening your heart to the present moment as you connect with your breath and spirit. This class incorporates meditation, pranayama, brain-based movement patterns, deep asana stretches, sun salutations, inversions and ends with a relaxing Savasana. Flow yoga is an opportunity to find more self awareness through movement and breath no matter what your holistic goals are.
Baby and Me Yoga on Thursdays 10:00-11:15 am- This class is an opportunity for postpartum women to connect with their new baby in a relaxed and compassionate environment. It creates an opportunity to move in your body while supporting your new baby with moving their body and making those initial neurological connections of body and brain movements. Baby & Me offers yoga poses to re-strengthen your body, mind and spirit.
