Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer found yoga in her Seattle neighborhood in 1993. She studied with many different teachers and experimented with different styles over the last decade. Anusara yoga is the style that most informs her own practice and she is honored to share her passion for yoga by inviting students to connect with their own rhythms through the breath and fostering a sense of home through a deep connection to the Earth.
Noon Yoga on Thursdays- Join Jen in the midst of your busy day to re-new, re-connect, and remember your divine connection. We will create a practice based on the desires of the students present, incorporating a gentle warm up and easy cool down. Offer yourself a lunch-time retreat and re-enter the afternoon with more energy and awareness. Classes will be suitable for all abilities and bodies.
