Her goal is to provide you with individualized care and to educate and empower people to achieve optimal health and a healthy, balanced life. Dr. Ash lives in Olympia with her husband Chris, her son, and two big dogs. She enjoys gardening, cooking, and nature walks. Her special interests include, but are not limited to, natural family medicine, allergies, digestive complaints, women's health, and pediatric medicine.
